Growing up with AI? Make Whybo their first one

Our children will grow up with AI everywhere. What matters is not using AI early, but learning to use it well from the very first time.

  1. 1

    Asking good questions

Kids practise turning curiosity into a clear question, out loud. It is the most useful skill in an AI world.

  2. 2

    Knowing AI can be wrong

Whybo says honestly, “I’m an AI, so I can be wrong sometimes.” Kids learn to check instead of believing everything.

  3. 3

AI is a tool, people are people

When time is up, Whybo is the one who says “Let’s go play outside.” It never tries to replace friends or family.

  4. 4

    Learning together

See what your child asked on your phone, then keep the conversation going at dinner: “What did you ask Whybo today?”

Why parents choose Whybo

Talk, no reading needed

A giant microphone button. Kids who can’t read yet can ask and listen on their own.

Made safe for little ones

Every answer is checked for age. Scary or adult topics are gently sent back to a grown-up.

Korean, English, Japanese

Pick your child’s language. Bilingual mode teaches one new word in a second language with each answer.

Your phone is the remote

See time used and questions asked, add 10 minutes or lock it — for every child, from your own phone.

Healthy time limits

Choose 10 minutes to unlimited. When time is up, Whybo says goodbye and suggests playing outside.

Honest about being AI

Whybo tells kids it is an AI and can be wrong, so they learn to use AI wisely from the start.

Questions parents ask

What age is Whybo for?

Children aged 3 to 8. Younger children use voice; older children can also type.

Is it safe for my child?

Answers are kept short and age-appropriate, scary or adult topics are redirected to a parent, and Whybo never asks for personal details. AI can still make mistakes, so we recommend using it together at first.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Open whybokids.com in any browser and add it to the home screen. It then opens like an app.

Can I manage more than one child?

Yes. Each child uses their own device, and you see and control all of them from one parent screen on your phone.

Which languages does it speak?

Korean, English and Japanese, with a bilingual mode that teaches one word in another language per answer.

Does it record my child’s voice?

No. Speech-to-text is done by the browser (Google or Apple). Whybo never receives or stores audio.
