1. 서비스
Whybo(whybokids.com)는 뉴질랜드 회사 MYNZ Limited가 운영하는, 3~8세 아이를 위한 AI 대화 서비스예요. 이 약관에 동의하고 Whybo를 쓰는 사람은 부모 또는 법정 보호자여야 하며, 아이가 Whybo를 쓰는 것을 보호자가 허락하고 지켜봐 주세요.
2. AI 대답에 대해
Whybo의 대답은 AI가 만들어요. 아이에게 맞게 만들고 한 번 더 검사하지만 틀리거나 부족할 수 있어요. 건강·안전·의료·법률 같은 중요한 일은 Whybo의 대답만 믿지 말고 어른이 확인해 주세요.
3. 요금과 결제
기본 기능은 무료예요. 유료 "패밀리" 요금제는 월간 또는 연간 구독이며, 결제는 판매 대행사인 Paddle(Paddle.com)이 처리해요. Paddle은 주문의 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 결제, 세금, 영수증을 맡아요. 표시된 가격에는 나라에 따라 세금이 더해질 수 있어요. 구독은 해지하기 전까지 같은 주기로 자동 갱신돼요.
4. 해지
언제든 해지할 수 있어요. 해지하면 이미 낸 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓸 수 있고, 그다음부터 무료 요금제로 바뀌어요. 환불은 환불 정책을 따라요.
5. 얼리버드 가격
얼리버드 가격으로 가입한 가족은 구독을 해지하지 않는 한 같은 가격을 계속 내요. 해지 후 다시 가입하면 그때의 가격이 적용돼요.
6. 바르게 쓰기
Whybo를 해킹하거나, 자동 프로그램으로 대량 요청하거나, 다른 사람의 아이 정보에 접근하려 하거나, 법에 어긋나게 쓰면 안 돼요. 이런 경우 이용을 막을 수 있어요.
7. 서비스 변경과 중단
더 좋은 서비스를 위해 기능을 바꾸거나 추가할 수 있어요. 유료 이용자에게 불리한 큰 변경은 미리 알려 드려요. 서비스를 끝내게 되면 남은 유료 기간에 대해 환불해 드려요.
8. 책임
법이 허락하는 범위에서, MYNZ Limited는 Whybo 사용으로 생긴 간접적인 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 책임 금액은 최근 12개월 동안 낸 금액을 넘지 않아요. 소비자 보호법(뉴질랜드 Consumer Guarantees Act 등)이 주는 권리는 이 약관으로 줄어들지 않아요.
9. 개인정보
개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 다뤄요.
10. 준거법과 문의

In short- A parent or guardian must agree before a child uses Whybo.
- Whybo is free to use. The paid Family plan can be cancelled at any time.
- AI can make mistakes. Please check anything important together with your child.
1. The service
Whybo (whybokids.com) is an AI conversation app for children aged 3 to 8, run by MYNZ Limited, a New Zealand company. The person who accepts these terms must be a parent or legal guardian, and is responsible for allowing and supervising their child's use of Whybo.
2. About AI answers
Whybo's answers are written by AI. They are designed for children and checked again before they are shown, but they can still be wrong or incomplete. For health, safety, medical or legal matters, please do not rely on Whybo alone.
3. Prices and payment
The basic features are free. The paid Family plan is a monthly or yearly subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, sales tax and receipts. Taxes may be added to the listed price depending on your country. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. You keep the Family plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Early-bird price
Families who join at the early-bird price keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel and join again later, the price at that time applies.
6. Fair use
Do not hack Whybo, send automated bulk requests, try to access another family's information, or use Whybo unlawfully. We may block access if this happens.
7. Changes to the service
We may change or add features to improve Whybo. We will tell paying families in advance about major changes that affect them. If we ever close Whybo, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MYNZ Limited is not liable for indirect losses from using Whybo, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law, such as the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.
10. Law and contact

Whybo（whybokids.com）は、ニュージーランドの会社MYNZ Limitedが運営する、3〜8歳のお子さま向けのAI会話サービスです。本規約に同意してWhyboを使う方は保護者または法定代理人であり、お子さまの利用を許可し見守る責任を負います。
2. AIの答えについて
Whyboの答えはAIが作ります。お子さま向けに作り、もう一度チェックしていますが、まちがいや不足がある場合があります。健康・安全・医療・法律などの大切なことは、Whyboの答えだけに頼らないでください。
3. 料金と支払い
基本機能は無料です。有料の「ファミリー」プランは月額または年額のサブスクリプションです。ご注文は販売代理店Paddle（Paddle.com）が処理します。Paddleはすべての注文の販売者（Merchant of Record）として、支払い・税金・領収書を担当します。国によっては表示価格に税金が加わる場合があります。サブスクリプションは解約するまで同じ期間で自動更新されます。
4. 解約
いつでも解約できます。支払い済みの期間の終わりまで使え、その後は無料プランに切りかわります。返金は返金ポリシーにしたがいます。
5. アーリーバード価格
アーリーバード価格で参加したご家族は、解約しないかぎり同じ価格のまま使えます。解約後にもう一度参加する場合は、その時点の価格になります。
6. 正しい使い方
Whyboへのハッキング、自動プログラムによる大量のリクエスト、他の家族の情報へのアクセスの試み、法律に反する使い方は禁止です。この場合、利用を停止することがあります。
7. サービスの変更と終了
よりよいサービスのために機能を変更・追加することがあります。有料のご家族に不利な大きな変更は事前にお知らせします。サービスを終了する場合、残りの有料期間分を返金します。
8. 責任
法律で認められる範囲で、MYNZ LimitedはWhyboの利用による間接的な損害について責任を負わず、責任の上限は直近12か月にお支払いいただいた金額までとします。消費者保護法（ニュージーランドのConsumer Guarantees Actなど）による権利は、本規約によって制限されません。
9. 個人情報
個人情報はプライバシーポリシーにしたがって取り扱います。
10. 準拠法とお問い合わせ
